- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were delivered.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used unless they are defective or damaged.
- How to Return:

- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or was sent in error.
- Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will be notified via email once the refund is processed.
- Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the item you want.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at admin@mylorn.xyz. We will arrange a return or exchange for the item at no extra cost to you.
- Please include photos of the damaged item to expedite the process.
- Non-returnable Items:
- Unfortunately, gift cards and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
International Returns:
- For international orders, please ensure that the items are returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
